These terms govern your use of this website and any booking you make with Island Getaways Maldives. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry or reservation, you accept them.

• Submitting a reservation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• Rates, availability and inclusions are confirmed in writing by our team before payment.
• A booking becomes binding once we issue a confirmation and the required deposit is received.

Prices are quoted per the stated currency, occupancy, meal plan and transfer type, and may change until a booking is confirmed. Government taxes, green tax and service charges apply as advised. Payment schedules, including deposits and balance due dates, are stated on your confirmation.

Cancellation and amendment charges are set by the resort, guesthouse, cruise or transfer operator and are passed on as quoted at the time of booking. Peak-season and non-refundable rates may carry stricter terms. Requests must be made in writing to our team.

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required health documentation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and watersports activities.

Island Getaways Maldives acts as an agent for hotels, guesthouses, cruise vessels, excursion and transfer providers. We take care in selecting our partners but are not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for delays, cancellations or losses caused by weather, flight schedules or other events beyond our control.

• Content, imagery and text on this site belong to us or our partners and may not be reused without permission.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale or misuse our forms.
• Guest reviews you submit may be published after moderation; keep them accurate and respectful.

We publish our own marketing content to social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Our TikTok integration uses TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0) and the TikTok Content Posting API under the following terms:

• Only our authorised administrators may connect a TikTok account, and only our own business account is connected.
• Our use of the TikTok APIs complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service, Content Posting API guidelines and Community Guidelines; we publish only content we own or are licensed to use.
• Access tokens obtained through OAuth are stored as encrypted server-side secrets and used solely to upload, publish and check the status of our own posts.
• We do not send website visitor, enquiry or customer data to TikTok, and we do not post on behalf of any third party.
• Authorisation can be revoked at any time from TikTok settings or by disconnecting the integration, after which automated posting stops and stored tokens are deleted.
• TikTok is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for our services; content availability on TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own moderation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
